New: AI Prompts in the Transaction Tracker

Most software companies are racing to tell you their product is "AI-powered." We went the other direction. You already have an AI you like, whether that's ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude. The problem isn't access to AI. The problem is that your AI knows nothing about your deal, and typing all that context in by hand is where most agents give up.

So the Transaction Tracker now does that part for you.

How it works

Open any deal and you'll see a new ✨ AI Prompts button in the tracker header, next to Print and Share. Click it and you get a menu of ready-made prompts. Pick one, and the Tracker assembles the full prompt with a live snapshot of that deal baked in: the key dates, the schedule, and the task checklist with anything overdue flagged. Hit Copy prompt, paste it into whatever AI you use, and you're off.

There are nine prompts at launch, covering the messages agents actually send: a client status-update email, a "what to expect" letter, a quick text-message update, a request-an-update email to a lender or inspector, a handoff brief for a colleague or TC, an AI second-opinion deal review, and after closing, a social media post and a review request. The Deal Calendar gets its own button too, with a prompt that plans your week across every active deal at once.

The details we sweated

Every prompt ships with guardrails baked in. The AI is told to use only the facts in the deal data, never to invent dates or names, and to leave a placeholder for anything missing rather than guessing. And every client-facing prompt structurally excludes your financials, with an explicit instruction that commission and fees never appear in the output. Your commission math stays in the prompts only you see.

One thing we want to be plain about: no AI runs inside DashLoops. Nothing is sent anywhere by us. The prompt is built in your browser and copied to your clipboard, and what happens next is between you and your AI. As always, read the output before you send it to a client.
