Data Sharing Within Workspaces
Workspace Member Access
When you invite users to your workspace or join someone else's workspace:
- Workspace content is shared according to permissions set by workspace administrators
- Your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) is visible to other workspace members
- Your activity within shared elements may be visible to other members
- Workspace administrators can manage your access and permissions
User Content Ownership
- You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload
- We act solely as a hosting service for your content
- We do not claim any ownership rights to your content
- Content shared in workspaces remains owned by the original creator
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to provide the Service:
- Supabase for application hosting, authentication, and database infrastructure
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data storage and processing
- Vercel for web application hosting
- Brevo for email and SMS notifications
- Bunny.net for video hosting and delivery
- Analytics services for Service improvement
- Payment processors for subscription billing
These services may have access to your data as necessary to provide their services to us. They are bound by confidentiality agreements and are not permitted to use your data for other purposes.
Data Security
